If you are a member of Regent House, please urgently consider signing the Grace<\/a>, which calls for an external audit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Grace was motivated primarily by\u00a0difficulties experienced by staff in the MRC Epidemiology Unit<\/a> and within University Information Services (UIS), alongside longstanding concerns about\u00a0the handling of Grievances<\/a>. We see the Grace as a constructive opportunity to address these issues and improve current practices. The 21 Group also recognises the considerable pressures faced by junior HR staff in recent years and believes they stand to benefit from the proposed changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Events over the Summer have added to concerns about the management of the Human Resources division, particularly the highly critical judgment at the Cambridge Whistleblowing Tribunal available here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
