Day 6 is Monday 15 June 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 5 saw the cross-examination of Prof Chris Reynolds (former Plumian Professor, now of University of  Maryland), and the partial cross-examination of Prof Nigel Peake (Master Elect of Darwin College).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 6 will start with Prof Peake returning to give evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proceedings of the Tribunal may be viewed remotely. If you do not have a Cloud Video Platform (CVP) link, please contact Watford Employment Tribunal to request it.
